Raketech Reports Slight Decrease in Q2 Revenues, Expects H2 to Be Better

Raketech has published its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, reporting decreases in revenue and EBITDA due to the continued phase-out of its Paid Publisher Network. At the same time, the Affiliation Marketing segment delivered stable growth.

Raketech’s Metrics Were Dragged Down by the Paid Publisher Network Phase-Out

According to the report, Raketech’s revenues from continued operations in Q2 2026 amounted to EUR 5.6 million, down from EUR 6.8 million in Q2 2025. At the same time, the company’s adjusted EBITDA for the three-month period was EUR 1.3 million versus EUR 1.4 million in the prior-year period.

Raketech explained that the temporary decreases were due to its the continued phase-out of its Paid Publisher Network within the SubAffiliation segment. The company added that softer revenues in non-core markets within the Affiliation Marketing segment further contributed to the weaker results, although the setbacks were partly offset by the continued growth in the Organic Publisher Network on AffiliationCloud.

In any case, the adjusted EBITDA figure represents an improvement compared to EUR 1.2 million in the first quarter of the year, highlighting the business’s momentum.

Raketech added that the Affiliation Marketing segment experienced a 1.9% growth compared to Q1 thanks to the launch of new media-led products in the first quarter of the year.

According to Raketech, its free cash flow before earnouts reached EUR 1 million. The company said that it settled EUR 0.1 million in earnouts in Q2. The company also received EUR 0.9 million from its divestment of Casumba.

The Company Shared a Few Post-H1 Highlights

Raketech also commented on the continued performance of its business after the reported period, saying that preliminary July 2026 data seems to suggest that the Affiliation Marketing profits are gaining traction thanks to the FIFA World Cup. The Organic Publisher Network, meanwhile, was slightly stronger in July than in Q2, despite the challenging environment in the US. The SubAffiliation segment, on the other hand, was reported to be softer than in Q2.

After the conclusion of Q2, Raketech also signed a new entrepreneurial partnership to launch an iGaming media in Italy. This would notably mark the first application of its media-led product model beyond the Nordics.

Raketech Trusts H2 to Be Better

Johan Svensson, Raketech’s CEO, commented on his company’s performance, saying that he is pleased with where the company is headed, despite the temporary decline due to the Paid Publisher Network phase-out.

Looking ahead, our priorities are unchanged. We will continue to strengthen our Raketech Owned Publishers (Affiliation Marketing), scale our media-led products further, and grow the Organic Publisher Network while leveraging the synergies between our own publishers and the network.

Johan Svensson, CEO, Raketech

Svensson concluded that he expects Raketech to continue to gain traction in H2.
