United Arab Emirates Lottery Sees Nepalese Player Win $8.17M

The UAE Lottery has announced that a second big winner has been produced, with one Nepalese player scooping the eye-watering AED 30 million jackpot ($8.17 million).

This is the second huge lottery prize to have dropped from the lottery, following the Lucky Draw game, which awarded AED 100 million ($27.23 million) back in October 2025.

The player has been identified by the UAE Lottery as one Tayab Khan, a resident of Abu Dhabi, and the latest lottery multi-millionaire. He chose seven lucky picks and matched the full set of winning numbers to secure the prize.

Khan was not shy about sharing his thoughts on the experience, and he hurried to tell the lottery:

“I’m feeling absolutely amazing, like I’m in the sky. I selected the numbers randomly and wasn’t even watching the draw. When I found out through my email later, it was a fantastic feeling,” Khan said.

The lottery welcomed the opportunity to deliver a new major jackpot, with a second big win registered over the past 12 months.

Our twice-weekly draws reflect our continued commitment to giving back to the community through meaningful prize opportunities. We congratulate the winner and remain focused on maintaining a secure and transparent experience for all participants,” the UAE Lottery noted.
